CNC Operator

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC Turning / Milling / VMC machines.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Perform machine setup, tool changes, and calibration.
• Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.).
• Maintain production quality and achieve daily output targets.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report deviations.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and 5S standards at the workstation.

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Tool & Die, or Production.

Previous industry experience:

• Automobile parts manufacturing
• Engineering / Fabrication industry
• Precision component production
• 1–3 years of experience in CNC operation.
• Basic knowledge of G & M codes.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
