CNC Production Operator

Job Description

·       Establish and operate sheet metal equipment under minimal supervision to fabricate as well as form products as per engineering drawings and parameters

·       Perform loading and unloading of material by changing tools and select required machine programs

·       Inspect and maintain machine for conformance with safety requirements

·       Check and Clean machinery on a daily basis

·       Ensure to correct issues related to safety before performing operations

·       Prioritize production runs to assure customer orders are concluded on time, maximize machine run time plus productivity

·       Inspect all manufactured parts following work in process inspection methods and ensure to accomplish engineering specifications

·       Perform Daily & Weekly Maintenance of machine

Skills / Requirements

·      Diploma or Equivalent qualification required

·      Ability to interpret technical documents & drawings

·      Adherence of safety standards

·      Good communication & interpersonal skills

·      Candidates with prior experience in sheet metal fabrication industry will be a bonus

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Fresher’s – Rs. 16,000/month to Rs. 20,000/month
• Regular Employment 9am to 6pm job with 1hr rest intervals
• ESI, Statutory Annual Bonus, Increments, Overtime & Incentives
• Food - Lunch shall be provided
• Shared Accommodation shall be provided (Rs. 1000/month)
