Collection Executive

• Follow up with suppliers/vendors regarding purchase order status and delivery commitments
• Visit vendor facilities to monitor manufacturing and production progress
• Ensure materials are prepared as per agreed delivery schedule
• Coordinate inspection, quality checks, and clearance prior to dispatch
• Track critical materials and expedite urgent requirements for site
• Identify delays and proactively resolve issues with vendors
• Coordinate packing, documentation, and shipment readiness
• Maintain daily/weekly expediting reports and status updates

Ideal candidate could be 10th or +2 passed

Experience of 2 to 3 years doing out door/field jobs.

Knowledge of basic English to converse will be an added advantage
