Collection Executive / Officer

JRS Enterprises, a reputed Blue Metal manufacturing company based in Chennai, is hiring a Male Collection Agent for field collections and office support. The candidate must own a two-wheeler, be comfortable handling cash and cheques, and be proficient in Excel. This is a mix of field work and office work, based out of Thiruvancheri, near Tambaram.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers for payment collection (cash/cheque/UPI)

• Maintain accurate records of collections using Microsoft Excel

• Deposit collected amounts to office or bank on time

• Update customer payment details and assist with ledger reconciliation

• Coordinate with Accounts and Sales team for follow-ups

• Support day-to-day office work related to collections

Candidate Requirements

• Gender: Male (Required)

• Vehicle: Must have a two-wheeler with valid driving license (Mandatory)

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass. Diploma or Degree is a plus

• Experience: 1–3 years in collections, recovery, or field executive roles preferred

• Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Familiar with cash handling procedures

• Strong communication and follow-up skills

• Knowledge of local Chennai routes, especially South Chennai
