Job Description:

We are hiring Banking Collections Voice Process Executives responsible for handling outbound calls to customers for loan and credit card collections while ensuring compliance with banking regulations and service quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups and overdue collections

• Explain outstanding amounts, due dates, and payment modes

• Negotiate payment commitments and update customer responses accurately

• Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times

• Ensure adherence to banking policies, RBI guidelines, and compliance norms

• Achieve daily/monthly collection targets

• Handle customer queries related to loans, EMIs, and repayments

• Maintain proper call logs and documentation in the system.
