Job Description
- Manage and follow up on outstanding payments from corporate clients.
- Coordinate with corporate customers regarding overdue invoices and payment schedules.
- Monitor aging reports and prioritize accounts for collection action.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly collection MIS reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Liaise with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams for account reconciliation.
- Escalate long-pending or high-value cases to senior management.
- Track payment commitments and ensure timely follow-up.
- Support legal or field recovery teams when required.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM or collection software.
