Colour Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle walk-in customers and online leads

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable colours, paints, wallpapers & décor solutions

Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers

Convert enquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets

Follow up with customers and ensure timely closure

Coordinate with internal teams for service execution

Maintain basic records of leads and sales (CRM / Excel)

🎯 Skills Required

Good communication skills (Tamil mandatory, basic English preferred)

Customer handling and convincing skills

Sales and negotiation ability

Target-oriented approach

Interest in paints, colours, and home décor

🎓 Education

Minimum: 12th Pass

Graduates preferred but not mandatory

💼 Experience

0 – 3 years

Freshers are welcome

Experience in sales, retail, paints, or home décor is an advantage
