Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Manager - Commercial to lead our commercial team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial construction, business development, and project management.

*Qualification:

Engineering Graduate with Civil/Structural background and specialization in Marketing, Business Development.

*Key Skills & Traits:

- Hands-on experience in industrial construction, planning, contract negotiations, and financial management

- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Proficiency in project management software, CRM systems, CADD software, and data analysis tools

- Leadership skills to mentor and motivate a commercial team

*Job Profile:

- Coordinate with Factory for:

  - Production Planning

  - Material planning

  - Despatch planning

- Manage advance collection, final settlement, and coordination with Customer's Architect for smooth project execution

- Oversee commercial aspects of project receipt, preparation, and response
