Job Description
- Commis 1:
- Prepare and cook food items under minimal supervision
- Assist senior chefs in menu preparation and plating
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet standards
- Commis 2:
- Support Commis 1 and Chef de Partie in daily tasks
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Commis 3:
- Perform basic food prep tasks (cutting, cleaning, peeling)
- Learn and follow kitchen procedures and hygiene protocols
- Assist with stock rotation and kitchen organization
Requirements:
Basic culinary knowledge or relevant training
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Previous kitchen experience preferred (for Commis 1 & 2)
