Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation and cooking of menu items under supervision.
- Prepare ingredients (chopping, peeling, measuring, marinating, etc.).
- Maintain mise en place for assigned kitchen section.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards set by the Head Chef.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
- Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP standards).
- Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating stock properly.
- Support senior chefs during busy service periods.
