The role level (Commis 1, 2, or 3) will depend on experience and skill level.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparation and cooking of food as per standard recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and food items
• Assist senior chefs (CDP / Sous Chef) in daily operations
• Maintain stock levels and inform senior staff about shortages
• Ensure timely food preparation during service hours
