Job Title: Computer Operator (Billing & Inward)

Location: Sriperumbudur, Chettipedu (Near Saveetha Engineering College)

Job Summary:We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Computer Operators to handle billing and inward processes. The candidate should have good system knowledge, basic computer skills, and the ability to manage data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle billing activities accurately and efficiently

• Manage inward entries and maintain records
• Perform data entry and maintain proper documentation
• Prepare reports using Excel
• Send and manage emails professionally
• Ensure smooth day-to-day system operations
• Maintain accuracy in data handling and reporting

Eligibility Criteria:

Experience: Freshers and experieced can apply

Educational Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma

Age Limit: Below 40 years

Skill Requirements:Basic computer knowledge (mandatory)

• Good typing skills in English (for selected roles)
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Ability to send and manage emails
• Good system handling knowledge
• Knowledge of Tally (preferred but not mandatory)

Salary:₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on system knowledge and skills)

Working Hours:8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Open Positions:

2 positions: Basic computer knowledge

2 positions: Strong typing skills + system knowledge

• Additional Preferences:Candidates with good Excel knowledge will be preferred
• Candidates who can handle billing software efficiently
