Computer Operator cum Office Assistant

Job Title: E-commerce Showroom Dispatch & Inventory ExecutiveJob Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Dispatch & Inventory Executive to join our team and manage the dispatch and inventory operations in our online E-commerce showroom. The ideal candidate will handle ERP systems for managing dispatch documents, maintaining inventory, and ensuring smooth and timely parcel delivery to enhance customer satisfaction. This role is open to male candidates with any degree, who are organized, proactive, and have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

1. Key Responsibilities:Dispatch Operations Management
2. 
   

• Coordinate the preparation and processing of dispatch documents such as invoices, shipping labels, and delivery notes through ERP software.
• Monitor the daily dispatch of orders to ensure timely and accurate shipment to customers.
• Communicate with logistics partners to schedule pickups and track deliveries.

1. Inventory Control
2. 
   

• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits.
• Update the ERP system with real-time inventory data to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Assist in stock replenishment planning based on order forecasts.

1. Documentation and Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on dispatch and inventory metrics, identifying any discrepancies or issues.
• Document and file all dispatch-related paperwork for easy retrieval and auditing.

1. Customer Support and Issue Resolution

• Address any shipping-related inquiries or complaints from customers in a prompt and professional manner.
• Work closely with the customer support team to resolve order or dispatch issues effectively.

1. Quality Control and Compliance

• Ensure all outgoing packages meet quality and safety standards.
• Follow compliance guidelines related to dispatch and inventory, as set by the company policies.
• Required Qualifications and Skills:Educational Requirement: Any bachelor’s degree
• Experience: Prior experience in dispatch, inventory management, or similar roles in an e-commerce environment is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with logistics partners and resolve issues effectively.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues proactively and resolve them efficiently.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in processing dispatch documents and maintaining inventory records.
• Working Hours:Full-time; Monday to Saturday (Office Time 9.30 to 7 PM )
