Location: Multiple project sites across Chennai

About the Role-We are looking for a proactive Civil Site Supervisor to manage and execute civil works across multiple sites in Chennai. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth site operations, accurate reporting, and effective coordination with engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute daily civil construction activities on-site
• Manage labour, materials, and site operations efficiently
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports
• Coordinate closely with the Managing Engineer and project team
• Maintain quality standards, safety compliance, and site discipline

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months experience as a Civil Site Supervisor
• Must have own vehicle (mandatory)
• Ability to handle multiple sites within Chennai
• Basic knowledge of site reporting and coordination
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
