Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Minimum Experience 4 Years as a Construction Site Supervisor (Residential & Industrial)

Qualification – B Tech Engineering

Job role and responsibilities

• Complete in charge of the management of the project. i.e. Must take Total responsibility of the site
• Have knowledge on both Residential Construction and Industrial Warehouse Construction.
• Candidate must have good knowledge of Auto CADD, Civil - Staad pro, AUTOCAD civil 3D, Infraworks, REVIT, NAVIS WORKS, Global Mapper. MS Excel , Deliver the project site within the stipulated time frame.
• Good knowledge of product usage and details, eye for finishing and quality control.
• Preparing work site schedule and update the task completion status to the client
• Follow up and coordinating with the suppliers for material delivery at site.
• Maintaining the day ledger for internal and external site expenses.
• Maintain the day ledger for labour attendance
• Maintaining & reporting the material input and output register, Inventory management, usage of materials as per plan. 
• They should have ability to handle multiple assignments at once and workforce management, time and labour management.
• Self-discipline.
• Check 2D working drawings with 3D , giving the technical support to the labour team and sub-contractors. Preparing BOQs.
• Onsite marking of furniture layout & electrical points etc.
• Should take ownership of work and be professional in keeping up the deadlines.
• Maintaining Site office.
• Periodical Site coordination via conversation to the architect office, Coordinate with the design team, purchase team, and follow up with related vendors, fabricator, and site contractors.
