Construction / Site Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor with a Civil Engineering degree or diploma to oversee day-to-day site operations. The ideal candidate will assist in monitoring construction activities, coordinating with contractors, ensuring quality work, and maintaining project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily on-site work progress.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met at the site.
• Report daily site updates, material requirements, and progress to the project team.
• Maintain documentation related to site activities and measurements.
• Assist in resolving on-site issues and ensuring timely completion of work.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years (freshers with internship experience may also apply).

Skills:

• Basic site supervision and measurement skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Knowledge of construction materials and site safety practices
• Willingness to travel to different sites if required
