Construction / Site Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor / Civil Site Engineer to manage day-to-day construction activities for residential projects in Chennai.

The role requires strong execution skills, attention to quality, and the ability to coordinate efficiently with contractors, engineers, and site workers to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities at the project site
• Ensure work is executed as per approved architectural, structural, and electrical drawings
• Monitor project progress and timelines to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and labor teams
• Maintain quality control standards across all stages of construction
• Ensure adherence to site safety protocols and discipline
• Manage material usage, tracking, and wastage control
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports (Excel-based reporting required)
• Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• 2–5 years of experience in construction site supervision (residential preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and execution
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and electrical drawings (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting
• Strong team coordination and labor management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving ability on-site
