Job Description : Creating and maintaining task sequence in SCCM for OSD.\\r\\nCreate and maintain driver packages for systems from multiple Vendors (HP/Dell Desktops/Laptops)\\r\\nExperience with MDT integrated with SCCM.\\r\\nExperience with Online and Offline Windows image deployment.\\r\\nExperience with collecting image using Sysprep.\\r\\nExperience with WinPE and PXE booting for Windows Imaging\\r\\nExperience with OS boot image and adding mandatory drivers.\\r\\nCreate, update, and maintain multiple windows OS images for Enterprise leveraging MECM and MDT\\r\\nStrong knowledge in Windows 10 & 11 in-place upgrades in large enterprise environments\\r\\nExperience in best practices of image optimization for Windows 10 and 11\\r\\nExpertise in troubleshooting OS imaging related issues, hardware, and driver issues.\\r\\nExperience in PowerShell scripting for automating custom tasks in Image deployment.\\r\\nStrong knowledge in building custom Task Sequences, troubleshooting and debugging.\\r\\nGood Experience in Microsoft Windows OSD principles and implementation including Sysprep, Windows Image Format (WIM), Unattended automation, Panther, User State Migration Tool (USMT), Windows Preinstallation Environment (WinPE) and Preboot Execution Environment (PXE).\\r\\nMaintain Windows OS desktop security hardening\\r\\nMaintain documentation of their activities and having checklists for the various tasks in their respective area of responsibility\\r\\n

To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases (3.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans. (4.) To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (5.) To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management (6.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
