Continental Cook

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook continental dishes such as pasta, pizzas, steaks, sandwiches, soups, and salads.
• Ensure quality, taste, and presentation of all food items.
• Follow and maintain standard recipes and portion control.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
• Manage food preparation, cutting, marination, and cooking processes.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory, and kitchen supplies.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth operations during service hours.
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food during busy hours.
• Follow health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
