We are looking for a skilled and passionate Cook/Chef with expertise in Chinese and South Indian cuisines to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic dishes, maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene, and ensuring an excellent dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook Chinese and South Indian dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure the consistent taste, presentation, and freshness of all dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area following safety standards.
• Manage kitchen inventory, including ingredient procurement and stock rotation.
• Innovate and suggest new recipes to enhance menu offerings.
• Follow food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and service.
• Monitor food quality and control portion sizes.
• Assist in training junior kitchen staff if required.
