We are looking for an experienced and skilled South Indian Cook who can prepare authentic, hygienic, and delicious home-style meals for our guests. The candidate should have strong knowledge of traditional South Indian recipes and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food quality.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare authentic South Indian breakfast, lunch, and dinner dishes.
• Cook items such as idli, dosa varieties, pongal, vada, sambar, rasam, poriyal, kootu, biryani, chutneys, etc.
• Plan daily menus based on guest requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Manage grocery requirements and maintain stock.
• Ensure proper storage and minimal wastage of food.
• Follow food safety standards at all times.
• Be flexible to prepare special requests when required.
