Job Description

Food preparation as per standard recipes (burger, fries, sides, sauces)

Knowledge of cooking methods (grilling, frying, assembling)

Maintaining food quality and taste consistency

Proper portion control and wastage control

Basic inventory handling (FIFO, stock usage)


Strong knowledge of food safety standards (FSSAI)

Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and personal hygiene

Proper storage of veg & non-veg items

Temperature control (chiller, freezer monitoring)


Kitchen Helper

Cutting vegetables and basic food prep

Assisting chef in cooking and assembling

Cleaning kitchen equipment and utensils

Supporting in packing and order dispatch
