Role ObjectiveTo assist the chef in food preparation, kitchen operations, and maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen.

• Key Responsibilities1. Food Preparation SupportAssist the chef in cutting, cleaning, marinating, and prepping ingredients
• Help in preparing breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks as per instructions
• Ensure timely preparation during service hours
• 2. Kitchen OperationsMaintain cleanliness of kitchen counters, utensils, and storage areas
• Wash and organize vegetables, meats, and groceries properly
• Support in storing food items safely and hygienically
• 3. Hygiene & SafetyFollow kitchen hygiene standards strictly
• Keep work area clean and organized at all times
• Handle food items carefully to avoid wastage
• 4. Stock HandlingHelp in receiving and checking grocery supplies
• Assist in stock arrangement and basic inventory tracking
• 5. Team SupportWork closely with the chef and other staff
• Be available during peak hours and busy days
• Take responsibility and follow instructions properly
• Skills RequiredBasic knowledge of kitchen work and food preparation
