🎯 Job Profile:
To assist customers at the jewellery counter, promote products, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience while achieving sales targets.
📍 Work Location: Chennai – Porur | T. Nagar | Chrompet | Purasaiwakkam
👥 No. of Openings: 20
📝 Key Responsibilities
✨ Greet and assist customers at the jewellery counter
✨ Showcase and explain jewellery designs, quality, and pricing
✨ Help customers make confident purchase decisions
✨ Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
✨ Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked counter
✨ Follow safety and security norms while handling jewellery
✨ Support billing and maintain accurate sales records
🎓 Requirements
✔️ Minimum 12th pass (Diploma / Graduate preferred)
✔️ Good communication & customer service skills
✔️ 2–3 years experience in jewellery/retail sales preferred (Freshers can also apply)
✔️ Presentable, professional, and customer-friendly personality
✔️ Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
⏰ Working Hours
🕘 9:15 AM – 9:00 PM
📅 6 days working | 1 weekly off (as per showroom schedule)
💰 Salary & Benefits
💵 CTC Range: ₹17,800 – ₹25,000
