Job Responsibilities:

Manage counter sales and assist walk-in customers at the retail store

Educate customers about product features, benefits, and usage

Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience

Achieve daily and weekly sales targets

Maintain store display, product availability, and overall store presentation

Support billing processes and day-to-day store operations

Eligibility Criteria:

Female candidates only

Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales / counter sales / store sales

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Presentable personality with strong customer handling skills

Comfortable working in a mall retail environment
