Counter Sales Executive

Job Summary:

The Counter Sales Executive is responsible for attending to customers at the sales counter, understanding their needs, providing product information, processing sales transactions, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves maintaining product displays, managing stock levels, and supporting the overall sales operations of the store or showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and identify their needs.
• Provide detailed information about products, prices, and offers.
• Handle sales transactions, issue invoices, and manage cash or card payments.
• Maintain an organized and attractive display of products at the counter or showroom.
• Check stock levels regularly and coordinate with the inventory or warehouse team for replenishment.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Keep records of sales and prepare daily sales reports.
• Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
• Support marketing or promotional activities within the store.
