Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Management: Supervising team members to ensure top-notch service and performance.
• Operations & Service: Opening/closing the cafe, managing daily workflows, and resolving customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Inventory & Vendor Management: Ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and building relationships with vendors.
• Financial Control: Monitoring budgets, tracking revenue/expenses, handling cash, and maximizing profit margins.
• Quality & Safety: Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards, including equipment maintenance.
• Marketing & Sales: Implementing promotions, updating menus, and managing social media to attract customers.
