Oddpod is a fast-growing premium home & office organization brand building a strong D2C presence through compelling storytelling and Instagram-first content strategy.

The Role

We're hiring a Creative Strategist to own end-to-end content creation across Instagram, Meta Ads, blogs, and website visuals. This is a hands-on role where you'll write, design, edit, and publish content that drives sales.

You'll be responsible for:

·        Creating Instagram content (reels, carousels, stories) with consistent posting

·        Designing ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns

·        Writing SEO-optimized blog posts for the website

·        Managing content calendar and maintaining brand aesthetic

·        Handling community engagement (comments, DMs, audience interaction)

·        Coordinating with in-house photographer for content production

·        Tracking performance and optimizing based on insights

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

✅ Strong aesthetic sense & visual creativity

✅ Excellent English (written & spoken)

✅ Storytelling & copywriting skills

✅ Instagram content expertise (reels, posts, stories)

✅ Proficiency in Canva + CapCut/VN/video editing tools

✅ D2C/e-commerce content understanding

✅ Self-starter who can work independently

Nice to Have:

·        Adobe tools knowledge

·        Basic photography/videography

·        SEO & blog writing experience

·        Understanding of Meta ads

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy:

·        Plan and maintain monthly content calendars

·        Develop content ideas based on trends and audience insights

·        Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

·        Coordinate content shoots with in-house photographer

Content Creation:

·        Produce Instagram reels with strong storytelling and brand voice

·        Design carousel posts and graphics for social media

·        Create daily Instagram stories to maintain audience engagement

·        Write blog content for website (with AI assistance for efficiency)

·        Develop static and video ad creatives for Meta campaigns

·        Design website banners and visual assets for campaigns

Community Management:

·        Respond to Instagram comments and DMs promptly

·        Engage with audience and build community

·        Monitor brand mentions and user-generated content

·        Conduct hashtag research and optimization

Performance Tracking:

·        Analyze content performance using Instagram Insights

·        Adapt strategy based on engagement and reach data

·        Report on content effectiveness and learnings

Compensation & Growth

CTC: ₹2,50,000 - ₹3,50,000 annually (without deductions)

Benefits: Bi-yearly loyalty incentive

Growth Path: Creative Strategist → Creative Lead (18-24 months)
