Qualification: Any Degree (Mandatory)

Job Description:

• Perform provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes accurately as per client requirements.
• Verify physician and healthcare provider credentials, licenses, certifications, and experience.
• Maintain and update provider data in databases and systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines (e.g., NCQA, JCAHO).

Skills Required:

• Strong communication (written & verbal)
• Knowledge of credentialing tools and portals
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to work in night shifts
