• Measures to ensure that customer queries and issues are resolved comprehensively during their initial interaction, fostering a smoother and more efficient customer journey.

• Prepare comprehensive CAMs for SME proposals, conducting financial statement, bureau, and credit analyses.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and internal processes to improve TAT and operational efficiency.
• Conduct due diligence on client projections, financial data, and regulatory compliance, highlighting risks in CAMs and monitoring accounts.
• Draft internal communications, notes for authorities, and necessary reports.

Qualifications: MBA/Graduate
