🚀 We’re Hiring – Team Leader & Relationship Manager (Credit Card Sales)
📍 Location: Chennai | 🏦 Reputed Bank
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives up to ₹50,000+
Open Roles:
🔹 Team Leader (Sales)
Must lead a team of 10–15 Sales Executives
Drive sales targets & provide guidance
Ensure performance & motivation of the team
🔹 Relationship Manager
Lead a team of 25–30 members with 3 Team Leaders
Build and maintain customer relationships
Ensure achievement of sales goals & overall branch growth
Eligibility (for both roles):
Degree Mandatory
Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (Banking / Credit Card preferred)
Strong communication & leadership skills
