Credit Controller

A Credit Controller is responsible for managing the company’s credit process and ensuring timely collection of payments from customers. The role includes assessing customer creditworthiness, setting and monitoring credit limits, following up on outstanding invoices, resolving payment discrepancies, and maintaining accurate customer accounts. The Credit Controller coordinates with the sales and accounts teams to reduce overdue balances, prepares ageing reports, and ensures compliance with company credit policies. The candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of accounting and receivables management.
