Maintaining Outlet Hygiene and Cleanliness • To ensure BOH area is clean and neatly maintained and the FOH is neatly organized • To ensure the cutlery and crockery are neatly washed and available to customers as per SOP's • Should ensure that company assets provided to the store are well maintained • Escalate integrity issues • Escalate Customer Complaints to the Restaurant In charge
