Job Description:

Grow Value Properties is looking for an CRM Executive to handle front office operations along with basic HR activities. The candidate should be presentable, organized, and good at communication.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle front desk & visitor management

• Attend and manage phone calls professionally

• Maintain employee attendance & basic HR records

• Assist in recruitment coordination & interviews

• Handle office documentation and filing

• Support day-to-day admin & HR activities

Requirements:

• 2–4 years experience preferred

• Good communication skills

• Basic knowledge of HR functions

• MS Office & computer knowledge

• Pleasant personality
