Job Description

Job Title: CRM Manager / CRM Executive

Experience: Min 2 years of (Real Estate Industry Mandatory)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager / CRM Executive from the Real Estate industry who has strong knowledge of end-to-end CRM processes, customer handling, and documentation.

  • Key Responsibilities-Client Relationship Management Handle pre-sales and post-sales customer interactions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with buyers and provide timely updates.
  • Address customer queries, concerns, and escalations professionally.
  • Schedule site visits, follow-up calls, and meetings with clients.
  • Sales Coordination Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead follow-ups and conversions.
  • Track inquiry to booking progress and support in closing deals.
  • Ensure smooth handover between Sales and CRM teams.
  • Documentation & Process Management Manage all CRM-related documentation such as:
  • Booking forms
  • Allotment letters
  • Agreements (Sale Agreement / Construction Agreement)
  • KYC documents
  • Payment schedules & receipts
  • Coordinate with legal and accounts teams for documentation and payment updates.
  • Maintain accurate customer data in CRM software.
  • Payment & Collections Track customer payments as per schedule.
  • Send payment reminders and follow up for due/overdue amounts.
  • Coordinate with finance team for invoice generation and receipt issuance.
  • Project Updates & Handover Keep customers updated on construction progress and milestones.
  • Handle customer requests, modifications, and clarifications.
  • Support the handover process and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports for bookings, payments, cancellations, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain all CRM records in an organized manner.

Requirements

Mandatory: min 2 years of CRM experience in the Real Estate industry.

  • Strong knowledge of CRM processes, documentation, customer handling, and after-sales support.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and work under timelines.
  • Knowledge of CRM software (real estate CRM preferred).
