Job Description

Manage and strengthen long-term customer relationships through structured CRM practices. Support sales growth by handling customer data, follow-ups, loyalty programs, and post-sale engagement. Act as a bridge between customers, showroom sales teams, and internal departments to ensure seamless customer experiences. 


Skills & Competencies:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Customer centric mindset with high attention to detail.

• Basic analytical ability and comfort with CRM software/tools.

• Organized, presentable and process oriented.

• Ability to handle confidential customer data responsibly 


Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Relationship Management • Maintain and update customer profiles, purchase history, and preferences in the CRM system. • Address customer queries, feedback, and service-related concerns professionally.

2. Sales & Retention Support • Coordinate with showroom sales teams to drive repeat sales and customer retention. • Inform customers about new collections, offers, schemes, and loyalty programs.

3. CRM Data & Reporting • Ensure accuracy of customer data entry and documentation. • Generate basic CRM reports related to customer visits, conversions, and retention metrics. • Track campaign responses and customer engagement outcomes.

4. Campaign & Loyalty Program Coordination • Execute CRM campaigns such as festive promotions, seasonal offers, and personalized outreach. • Assist in managing loyalty programs and customer reward initiatives. • Monitor campaign effectiveness and share insights with showroom management.
