Construction Site Supervisor - Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Works

Responsible for overseeing and executing daily site activities related to civil/structural/mechanical/electrical works as per project requirements, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of assigned tasks in coordination with the site engineering team.

SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

Supervise a team of workmen, subcontractors, and labourers to execute daily site activities.   Ensure all works are performed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure productivity targets are met.   Coordinate with site engineers for material availability and work front readiness

Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce safety compliance. Maintain daily progress records, manpower logs, and report deviations.

Assist in resolving site execution issues by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.   Ensure proper usage and upkeep of tools, machinery, and resources on site.

Lead the construction execution of a designated area in alignment with project schedule and specifications.  Coordinate and supervise engineers, foremen, and subcontractors for smooth day-to-day operations.

Ensure the availability of work fronts and construction materials by closely working with planning and procurement teams.  Review drawings and specifications, resolve technical issues in coordination with design and QA/QC teams.

Monitor and drive adherence to HSE norms, conduct safety briefings, and ensure zero-incident execution.  Prepare and review daily/weekly progress reports and communicate deviations or bottlenecks to the Construction Manager
