CSR / Finishes / MEP / EDRC
Mechanical equipment erection and alignment, Piping installation and hydro-testing, Reading P&IDs, GA, and isometric drawings, Knowledge of welding and NDT procedures, Construction Methods Understanding, EHS Management, Erection, Interpretation of Technical Drawings, Material Handling, Steel Fabrication Techniques
Execution discipline and ownership, Planning and coordination skills, Team supervision and resource handling, Problem-solving and proactive attitude, Strong communication and safety compliance
Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure productivity targets are met. Coordinate with site engineers for material availability and work front readiness |
Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce safety compliance. Maintain daily progress records, manpower logs, and report deviations. |
Assist in resolving site execution issues by coordinating with relevant stakeholders. Ensure proper usage and upkeep of tools, machinery, and resources on site. |
Support the execution of quality checks and rectifications as per QA/QC guidelines. Assist in site logistics management and housekeeping. |
