Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly within the existing infrastructure. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes, contributing to the overall quality and performance of the software solutions being developed. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GuideWire BillingCenter. - Experience with application development methodologies. - Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. - Familiarity with software testing and debugging techniques. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in GuideWire BillingCenter. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
