As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required specifications and quality standards. You will engage in problem-solving activities, providing innovative solutions to enhance application performance and user experience. Additionally, you will oversee the development process, ensuring that all team members are aligned with project goals and timelines, while also mentoring junior staff to foster their growth and development within the organization.

- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- Strong understanding of data integration processes and methodologies.
- Experience with various ETL tools and technologies.
- Ability to design and execute test cases for data validation.
- Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Warehouse ETL Testing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
