Summary:
As an Advanced Application Engineer, you will develop innovative technology solutions for emerging industries and products. Your typical day will involve interpreting system requirements into design specifications, collaborating with various teams to ensure that the solutions meet the needs of the organization, and continuously seeking ways to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the technology being utilized. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the solutions you provide are not only effective but also sustainable in the long term. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of projects and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace APM.
- Strong analytical skills to assess application performance metrics.
- Experience with application monitoring and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with cloud-based application environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dynatrace APM.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
