Summary:
As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software meets client requirements, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals, and overseeing the development process to ensure quality and efficiency in deliverables. You will engage in problem-solving and decision-making to guide your team effectively, ensuring that all aspects of the software development process are executed smoothly and successfully.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance skills and performance.
- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with software configuration management tools.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot software issues effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices to enhance team collaboration and efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter.
- This position is based in Chennai.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
