Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to design, code, and enhance various components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to ensure that the solutions you deliver are scalable and high-performing, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and maintain Boomi integrations to enable seamless data flow between enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and external systems.
2. Provide production support, including incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution of integration failures.
3. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams during deployments, transitions, and warranty support periods.
4. Ensure integrations adhere to enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and compliance requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
1. Hands-on experience with Boomi AtomSphere Platform, including Atom/Molecule setup, Process Builder, and API Management.
2. Strong knowledge of integration patterns, REST/SOAP web services, connectors (Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, Workday, etc.), and error handling frameworks.
3. Proficiency in data mapping and transformation using Boomi s graphical interface and scripting where required.
4. Experience in monitoring and alerting using Boomi dashboards, logs, and external tools like Splunk or Datadog for proactive issue detection.
Familiarity with cloud and hybrid integration models, deployment strategies, and performance tuning of Boomi processes.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in high-pressure production environments.
6. Excellent communication and documentation skills for incident reporting, knowledge transfer, and stakeholder engagement.
7. Flexibility and commitment to support critical systems during night shifts, weekends, and on-call rotations.
8. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Boomi Atmosphere Integration.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
