Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the project environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of software projects.
- Ability to manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively within an agile framework.
- Skilled in using project management tools to track progress and communicate status to stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
