Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components across various systems or applications, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile methodologies. You will also participate in discussions to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring that the solutions you develop align with organizational goals and user expectations.

- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with timelines and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Project Management (PM).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience with agile project management tools and techniques.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Workday Project Management (PM).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
