Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that are tailored to meet specific business needs. You will be involved in problem-solving and innovation, ensuring that the software solutions align with the overall objectives of the organization while maintaining a focus on quality and performance.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall team capabilities.
- Continuously assess and improve development processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with data warehousing solutions and big data technologies.
- Ability to work with various programming languages relevant to data engineering.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
