Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices. You will be responsible for understanding the requirements and translating them into functional software applications, while also ensuring that the solutions are efficient and effective in addressing the challenges faced by the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and progress towards project goals. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in software development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scrum. - Experience with agile methodologies and frameworks. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Familiarity with project management tools and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Scrum. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
