Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly within the existing infrastructure. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes, ensuring that the final product aligns with the intended specifications and user needs. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of projects by delivering high-quality software solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development. - Experience with Apex programming and Visualforce pages. - Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model. - Familiarity with Lightning components and Salesforce APIs. - Ability to implement and manage Salesforce integrations. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce Development. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
