Summary:
As a customer product manager, you will be responsible for designing the web applications and data flow to align technology with business strategy and goals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, analyzing project requirements, and ensuring that the integration processes are seamless and efficient. You will engage in discussions to refine strategies, oversee the project life-cycle, and contribute to the successful deployment and operation of custom solutions, ensuring that all aspects of the project align with the overarching business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience in custom applications
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on integration strategies.
- Mentor junior professionals in best practices for integration and project management.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Experience in leading product developments for Java web applications.
- Experience in understanding the requirements from customer and designing web portals.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with various integration tools and technologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Customer software engineering
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
