- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Automation DevOps.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and reliable cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and configuration management.
- Understanding of monitoring, logging, and performance optimization in cloud environments.

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Cloud Automation DevOps.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
